It is in excellent condition. Mileage is below 89k, km. Have not driven more than 4k, ‎km since bought as owner parks for long periods and uses only when in country.
A/C is down due to parking. No other issue.

Just say A.C is not working simple. Park a car for 2years, the a.c will still function.
