That's why I keep on telling people that most of Nigeria rulers are not intellectual. Nigeria is a country that is made up of about 250 linguistic groups which there's is a battle of supremacy among them. And because Mr president is an Hausa-Fulani man, He decided to address the nation in his native language when English language is our official language. Is Mr president not creating anoda problem for the country ? |

I think its time for our Noble Cop Abba Kyari to go after and arrest notorious Chief of Staff Abba Kyari for always creating avenues for our brloved President to make mistakes. I am sure someone advised him to address the nation in Hausa! I only pity those my dear Moslem brothers who don't understand Hausa, they have to engage an interpreter and take Hausa lessons becos this may just be the beginning! 1st October National Broadcast and 2018 budget will be written in Arabic! |

For him to have agreed to address us in the hausa language seems to suggest that he is not in the right frame of mind. |

That's to show you the type of person you voted as President,a very selfish man. As far as am concerned he (Buhari) is overdue for impeachment. There is a gross misconduct in this government and can't continue to keep our hand in akimbo and watch things deteriorate further. |

Ogbuefi2020:No mind that guy. He does not know the history between Buhari and Dikko. Dikko was very Street smart and warned Shagari about Buhari and his coup. Dikko had current information from the military always. Shagari did nothing much. He only got Shagari to shunt him to Jos as GOC. Away from the critical Ibadan and Lagos commands at that time. Dikko was very close to terminating Buhari's military career. Anybody less gentle than Shagari would have retired Buhari and a few others by latest 1981. Based on Dikko's worries about Buhari. Buhari was determined to deal with Dikko once in power. Corruption allegation against Dikko was an excuse. Sure there was corruption but not up to what has happened since 1999 till now. Dikko had expected Buhari's coup for years and had perfected plans to escape well in advance. No wonder he was able to slip out to London easily. If not for sending Buhari to faraway Jos, Shagari would not have lasted even 2 years in power. Most NLers are kiddies. They are told stories and they believe them. |

People get the leader they deserve, all this drama was avoidable in the first place, but the progressive ones choose to ignore history and strangled the voice of reasoning. this was a bad material from the onset. |

Eyin eyan shaaaaa... I remember an election year before he became the president, that the northern youth wants to start their whala..the man addresses them in English. .everybody condemn am..saying the people causing trouble no hear English.. now he speaks hausa una condemn am. If he speaks hausa and English una go say e no fit speak fluently....hmmmmm omu mi ranti orin king commander..ko si ogbon to le da ko si iwa to le wu Understand the logic..if he speaks hausa, igbo, yoruba, ibibo efik...everyone get to know what he says..if he speaks English, the intended audience get left out... Salah is just a good timing to convey the msg.. moreover..even if he speaks English people go still talk..so what da h**l.. |
