Pls i have a problem. I actually started this ican registration online. I paid the 7k online via the site payment portal. After i input the OTP code, the page didnt not refresh to display a new one probably to tell me that my registration was succesful and the next steps to take. But i was debited immediately.pls what can i do now?

Get the ref ID from the transaction and call 012912821 to explain to them. And next time always use a bank to make payment
