I recently started coding in HTML and I have been able to design simple blogs. But if I am to sell a blog designed by me to a customer, what do I do to enable the customer have an administrative panel to enable him or her have access to adding and editing website/blog posts, pages and pictures easily (without knowledge of coding). Thanks

If I understand what you mean - you want a client to be able to update his/her website right?
There 3 ways to solve this :

1. Create a content management system (cms) to handle Html pages. This can be done with php mysql, asp.Net,etc. You can also enable it to create blog posts. (Since you know just Html, this may be hard for you).

2. Install an off-the-shelf CMS package like WordPress in the site's subdirectory to take care of the Blog.

3. Save yourself headaches and use WordPress for everything, both web pages and blog pages.
