1)form a political party either seccssionist party or a normal party as the case maybe as approved by inec.

2)with that party now which member should be die hard biafran with the sole purpose of achieveing biafra.

3)candidates should be elected to occupy position's both at the state level and federal level which am sure if announced on your social platform people are going to vote for only those people.

4)with those position been occupied by people with same objective and agenda you can now push for refrendum to be added to the constitution.

5)small small they will now push for one to be conducted on the biafran agitation which eventually will pass cause the abokis and afonja's will support the motion have'nd come out to support the agitation.

I think with the above point's if followed biafra will rise in the next five year.

You have to first tell us which of these steps Lord Lugard did before he created Nigeria. If Lugard did not do these things then it means that Nigeria is an illegal union that nobody agreed to.

So you will have to go and dig up Lord Lugard wherever he is buried, get him to go through these steps so as to create Nigeria legally. After that, we can talk about Biafra.
