I've noticed . This is why they will continue trailing behind . I asked one of them in another thread; why are they not using that oil money to hire Chinese or whites to develop their country to the standards they want since they believe they can't do it themselves because ......well they are black. I'm yet to get a response from any, but I'm sure any response I get will be some sort of personal insult from a person I've never met and will never meet . Typical of them though .

GDP per capita is quite diff from poverty level but everything still enshroud on the "economy of a nation".

poverty level is just spending less than $3 a day. per capita is when u divide a nation's GDP by the number of its population.

then everything now boils down to "Gini coefficient".....which deals with the inequalities of the distribution of wealth in that nation.

so, u see...... u can never separate them unless u (walker-man) have a better alternative.

Algiers

A buddy was in Algiers late 2013. Basically it's Europe,not Germany,but Portugal or S Italy. He travels a LOT, one good thing he said you can smoke anywhere unlike Nairobi and big towns where you can't even smoke in the street! Imagine that?!

Both of you are the same. I have met many Nigerians and Kenyans. I never fighted with a Kenyan, ever!!

But I did with some Nigerians. They have been looking down on ET (some of them).

so Arab when you check the definition : its not only poeple genetically arab from the arab golf countries , it include also poeple who use arabic language as first language . thats the case of north africans , so we are arab only by language .

but by genetics and origins maghrebis are all berbers . so berber arabs refere to the language only

The response will likely be an abuse after you have proposed a very good solution. They just do it like the Arabs, hire the Chinese and relax as their country gets built
