But he resisted and was aggressive , I know how some Nigerians behave abroad .

If he didn't have the fare, he should have trekked/walked.
He shouldn't get a pass because he is a black immigrant.
He didn't even have any identification.?
Instead he started screaming Racism Racism.
Persecution Complex at it's peak
Some Nigerian have this entitlement mentality. They behave anyhow and wanted to be treated special.

dainformant:
Inspectors of the S-Bahn Munich in Germany pulled a 48-year-old Nigerian from the train by force. The two ticket inspectors of the Deutsche Bahn German train system were caught on camera savagely dragging the Nigerian man out of a train after he reportedly refused to provide his ID and pay a fine for not having a ticket.

The man could be seen vehemently clinging on metal handrails, as two men in uniform ferociously battle to get him out of the suburban S-Bahn train, headed to Munich city center from the airport.

Natalia Miletic who filmed the incident and posted it on Facebook, can be heard telling the inspectors: “It’s absolutely not OK what you’re doing, the guy didn’t do anything to you.”“You should be ashamed of yourself, this is racism what you’re doing,”. “Why are you doing this? He paid.” The woman continues filming until someone seemingly tries to stop her.

The man, said to be a 48-year-old Nigerian, was reportedly removed from the train at Leuchtenbergring station.

He appeared to have no valid ticket as the inspectors came up to him during the check. They then asked him to show an ID card and pay a €60 fine ($68), according to the witness who filmed the incident and later described it to HuffingtonPost.de.

The man, however, only had €9 in cash, which he reportedly needed for food. The inspectors collected the €9, saying he still owed the rest.

Deutsche Bahn, the company operating trains in Germany, said it was “unusual to receive only partial payments,” commenting on the incident later.

I don't know how you feel when you talk ill of your country. Regardless of situation, please don't you ever!
You see your problem?

Because he is a Nigerian he should not talk about the wrong doings of a Nigerian in a foreign land.

Now when you bring it down to the Nigerian contest, you would not talk ill about your tribes man...

Guess what that means, you are fcked in Nigeria if that is the mentality.

Of course not. And that's because Nigerian government has no real power in the world stage.
Re: Nigerian Man Brutally Pulled Out Of A Train By Inspectors In Germany. Photos by ottersberger(m):
I think most commentators seem not to understand what is at stake here.

I read about this incident in the newspapers last night. The Germany urban transportation system is honor based. That means that you are required to buy the applicable ticket for your travel, but there are no barriers or checks prior to boarding the transportation vehicle. However random and spontaneous checks can occur in the course of travel. Obviously, the individual was found not to be in possession of a valid ticket for his travel, and our defiant and recalcitrant nature in Nigeria undeservedly went on display in a situation that could have been managed with civility.

Our brother is wrong in his behavior which may have been necessitated by a number of factors.

However, the Deutsche Bahn security men erred in their mandate by electing to administer force in this case. Let us understand that only a state or federal police officer can legally and in a binding manner demand an identification document from an individual or entity in Germany. Also, only these constituted authorities can detain or authorize a citizen arrest.

The function of identification in these circumstance serves the purpose of facilitating the service of fine notification. The offending passenger is authorized to continue travel upon successful identification and this procedure usually take place without other passengers really noticing what was happening.

Germany is a civilized and peaceful society, and there are rules and guidelines that governs almost all spheres of societal existence.

In the instant situation, the security men ought to have invited the police to help in the identification of the non compliant passenger (Schwarz Fahrer). Upon informing any of these constituted authority to whom they have direct access, they will be in their right to hold and detain the individual until such a time the police arrives or the train arrives at a station that has a Federal police (bundespolizei) presence. In this case, the train service was inbound from the Airport (S8), that station will be München Ostbahnhof which is only 2 minutes away from Leuchtenbergring.

The men are not authorized to receive part payment in the event of a fine. That was in total violation of their terms of employment and constituted fraud.

This is a clear case of emotional induced violence against a customer triggered by racial bias, torture (His refusal to evacuate the train on demand did not legitimize the behavior administered to him), fraud and impoverishment (You cant take the only money he had with him).

one point i didnt make in my earlier post -let me explain why they ask for his ID to show you how lenient they are with this dude

-In case you are caught travelling without a valid ticket, they will fine you, but you don't have to pay the fine immediately, and you don't even need to get out of the train (depending on how far you are travelling). With your ID, they will just give you a fine ticket and you can continue with your journey. And because they have established ur identity, they can easily track you to collect the the money later in the future if you dont pay the fine on time.

I watched the video and I didn't see any maltreatment. A normal person would have just followed the police if caught for not paying. HE WAS the 1 hanging onto that train like his life depends on it.

In the USA he would have just got his stupid ass killed
Kudos to the city of Phoenix... you will ride the bus for free if you don't have money.

It's called reasonable force.
He should have just respected himself, and stepped out of the train without waiting for them to drag him.
While you're right to an extent, these white officers often over-exercise their powers. I was a victim of such treatments in Detroit, Michigan about 9 years ago, and I thought they were going to kill me.
My neighbor held me and two others hostage pointing his gun at us, the police came to the house, probably over 15 police vehicles and one negotiator finally talked him into letting his hostages go. I cannot remember the year it happened, I lived in Detroit for about 5 years before moving to Atlanta almost 8 years ago. My first child will be 7 in July, he was born here in Atlanta, so I may be close with the dates.

It happened on New Years day. It was snowing badly. He let us leave one at a time, the first two of his hostages were white, they got out of the house and got blankets because it was cold outside. I was the last hostage he let out, as soon as I stepped out, almost 7 police officers pounced on me, threw me in the snow, holding me like they just did this man this thread is about and eventually put me in handcuffs. I was telling them I didn't do anything, that I was just a victim. They didn't listen to me, I thought they were going to kill me.

It was freaking cold, I only had on a pair of boxers and a t-shirt before my neighbor came to knock on my door. We were living in a two family home back then, he had the bottom floor, and I was at the top floor. Our relationship was the regular hello/hi type, but he was a cool dude until whatever made him do what he did started with him.
We never had problems with each other until he came to my door knocking, I opened the door and he was pointing a shot-gun at me and asked me to just follow him downstairs to his place. I wasn't dressed, I only had on my boxers and a t-shirt and no shoes. I didn't want to get shot, so I had no other choice but to follow and obey him, he had a gun, I'm scared of guns.

Yet these many policemen pounced on me in cold snow, holding my head with their collective weights on me and screaming "Stop resisting". I was screaming I wasn't resisting but they had my face buried in snow, I couldn't breathe and they probably didn't hear whatever I was telling them. I was already in handcuffs, how could I possibly be resisting? I just didn't want to die of suffocation nor gunshots .

Eventually they bundled me into one of the police cruisers and started asking me about my relationship with the gun man. I told them he's my neighbor, he lived in the flat below and I stayed in the floor above. I had never been to his flat, neither has he been to mine. But I knew him. He just came knocking on my door, when I opened it he pointed his shotgun at me and walked me to his flat downstairs. That was when I saw two other people there crying.
Its kinda weird seeing two grown people crying, so what first came to my mind was may be somebody died or something terrible happened. I asked whats happening, why are you people crying? It was one lady and a man. My neighbor responded saying they are his hostages and I'm one of them now, and he was screaming through the window that he now has 3 hostages to the police. At first I thought he was joking until I realized the whole house was surrounded by cops.
I knew nothing about what made him do that because we had lived together for over 2 years without any problems.

They double checked my story with the other two hostages and confirmed my legal status, no warrants, and was just a hostage like the other two. They then apologized took me off the cuffs and told me I could go, but I couldn't go back to my house because it became a crime scene with police tapes all around it. It was freaking cold, I needed to get dressed and put on a jacket, all that was in my place, but they wouldn't let me in.

My neighbor - the gun man that held us all hostage- ended up getting shot. I heard so many gunshots while I was still in handcuffs and in their cruiser, they already had a waiting ambulance right in front of my house and picked him up as soon as he fell. He didn't die though but got locked up for 8 years for that event. I was subpoenaed to show up in court through his trials until his conviction. He was writing me letters from prison apologizing for his actions towards me and explained he was so upset because his girlfriend left him with their baby. But really that was his problem, not mine. Why point a gun at me when I'm not even related to his girlfriend that left him?

For me, after they let me go, I had no where to go, my house was taped around because it was a crime scene. I was roaming around streets in boxers, a t-shirt, and bare feet in cold winter. They wouldn't even let me get in my car nor go upstairs to get my car keys because they said that was a part of their investigation. I couldn't even go to my place to get my phone to call someone to come and scoop me up. I felt so humiliated. Why were the other hostages given blankets and I was made to walk around like a mad man?

So, sometimes it's not people's faults, the police just make it seem like you're resisting for their own planned accolades. In my case, I never did anything wrong but I was treated like an animal like this man this thread is about.

Dem even try to handle him humanly, he can't even try that in common danfo in Lagos.

They would have seized his shoes, luggage, tire his shirt, his trousers and throw him head-first out of the moving danfo.

And the lady filming and opening her mouth, if she feel that level of passion for the guy, she should have opened her purse or shock hand inside her breazia and pay the fare for the guy, instead she is there waving the racism flag.

Nope, because foreigners don't behave like that in Nigeria.

They recognize they are foreigners, respect the laws of Nigeria and comport themselves accordingly.

Can that be said of Nigerians in a foreign land?

Nigerians disregard the laws of their host nation and think they must do things their way.

You will always be fcked in a foreign land if you have that mentality because nobody will allow you to come from another country and mess things up in their country.
