Ordered for a new phone from Jumia on 18th June 2017 with order no: 386972762, already made payment online and can't track shipment of my order.

Tried sending a mail to their customer care team but my mail was not delivered, response I keep getting is that my account has been deactivated.

Plz can anybody advice me on how to handle this issue?
Would appreciate it if this could be moved to front page for more audience

Bought a new Phone from them on Friday last week and it arrived on wednesday this week.

Maybe u contact their customer care

I already sent them a message on twitter but they are yet to respond to my message.

The mail I sent to them is not delivered, they said my acct is deactivated

I really don't see any need for front page. Call the customer care first. I'm not sure anyone who wants an issue quickly resolved will be bothered about publicity of FP when they have not done their home work properly.

I just hope this is not a demarketing attempt
