Why do people-especially church goers, hype the first Sunday of every month? I still don't understand what is so special about it. I mean it's just another Sunday, like every other Sundays.

Please feel free to enlighten me on why the first Sunday of every month is celebrated in most churches.

It's one of numerous denominational creations of men for their own gain.

All God wants from us is to receive Him through Jesus Christ, contain Him, and to continue to express Him wherever, whenever and with whoever!

Abi o. First Sunday, first Friday (night vigil), first Wednesday (Bible study), first Tuesday (prayer meeting), and so on. Only to repeat everything next month. Now Sundays are only for social events, if you want to pray or really study the Bible, you have to return during the week. Its a scam.
