am a participant of the scheme

i checked my PO this evening to check if have been matched and discovered I was blocked.

while trying to unravel reasons why, I recollected I pledged to provide 2 PH. the second PH I pledged, i cancelled it twice
due to uncertainty about the fund, hence I only have one PH to provide but I haven't been matched.

can that be a reason to be blocked, what can I do?
