I have been trying a very long time to host a website through the help of my Diamond bank Visa Card on bluehost and other hosting platforms but my card is been declined online. my question is this "Do i need any special card or account that will enhance me pay via online?" i can pay with my credit card within Nigeria but not outside. please i need a guideline. |

Most Nigerian bank issued cards have been banned from transacting online especially if denominated  1 Like |
