Alright, i am a very old member of this outstanding forum (this is my other accct), a soon to be graduate of one the most prestigious university in Nigeria, but i have a problem that i wish to solve before i graduate. i am a skinny ass dude, my height ain't bad, i am just fucking skinny; i need to put on some muscles before i enter the world as i need the shit to achieve some of my goals, not like its compulsory, but a complete necessity for me. I already paid for the services of a body builder who happens to be my colleague in school, training starts today, i just need advice on the type of food to ingest, read somewhere that the type of food one ingests plays a big role in body building. kindly drop your advice, i will really appreciate it. attached are two pictures, how can i move from the first to the second. kindly drop your advice, especially in the area of food as i believe my colleague will handle the training part well.

Try taking malt and milk twice a day with agbo jedi for sugar twice a week with your food. Then do push ups and press ups everyday plus jogging daily. Make sure u rest after taking the malt and milk. Tell me the result after 1 week |

I know OP didn’t take the advice at all. Abeg, wetin person need body for after school? If you didn’t build it in school what difference does it make in the real world? It’ll only make you eat more food thereby increasing living expenses. |

if you are lean and want to grow bigger you would need to eat in a calorie surplus, also eat nutrient dense food such as protein, carbs and fat. Protein is the building block of muscles so you will need to get enough of that. Remember to apply the principle of progressive overload when training to optimize your gains. Good luck |
