50,000 Acres  ?If you have need for such a size, you should be talking directly with the government or better still with an Oba or a number of Community leaders. Anyone that offers you that quantity here on Nairaland is surely looking to reap where he hasn't sown! Even Dangote finds it quite difficult getting 20,000 Acres.
