An Auto Engineering firm need an well experienced Auto Mechanic with the following Qualities : Employee Qualities > Must be Male and between the ages of 32 and 50 > Must have at least 4 years experience in Automobile repairs and maintenance. > Educational requirement must be at least OND. > Must be hard working, dedicated to job and have good communicative skills. MotorJobs:Fri experience nowadays, if u wanna employ someone really good, remove those barriers called educational requirements. Instead, let the best hand have d job. So many graduate out there now with nothing upstairs and some drop out and a level holder with real brain. If u are to choose between those two, which will it be? Certificate or brain? |
