Igbos are influential and large, whatever marginalization they complain about, they can handle it if they want to, but l believe this call for secession goes beyond marginalization which is just a smokescreen.
The cartalans in Spain are also rich and influential group in Spain, who now also believe they can handle things themselves.
I understand what the igbos and the Cartalans want and it's not necessarily a crime, but as a citizen of Nigeria it would be painful to me if this country is divided rather than the other viable options.

But if you want referendum to be included, then ask one of your senators to sponsor the bill. You have 15 senators from Alaigbo states, one of them should man up and sponsor the bill. Insulting other tribes and groups is not going to give you Biafra, it will only create animosity of other tribes towards your tribe. I don't know how difficult it is for you guys to understand this

It has reach a stage to include it in the constitution.
