Actually, this girl...Ekaterina Lisinia , is currently the tallest woman in the Russia.

She should be about 6 feet, 9 inches tall.

She was once a basketballer, but now fully into modeling. Infact, her name will soon be in the Guinness Book Of Record because of LONG LEG of about 52 inches.
