The problem has become worse because of recent land reclamation. Eko Atlantic, and some parts of the 3rd main land bridge, I guess the water is fighting back.

Lagos is unique o.k. No one has said Lagos looks like London. Or is that what they tell you where ever it is you come from? Because it sounds like what I hear some country bumpkins say sometimes.

Believe me i've seen many many threads here comparing parts of Lagos to London and even Dubai.

hope the EIA on Eko Atlantic has plans for flood control
even the almighty VGC wasn't spared from the flood

though flash flood is common over the world when there is heavy rain

We have been hearing that for like 2 decades now when lekki was water, so far nothing has submerged.
