No !!!
but Beautiful things like this don't come cheap - very exorbitant, slow and just good for mainly basic use and not download
As to how u can get on ur own I doubt because how on board WiFi works is sophisticated
Airlines that provide in- flight WiFi @ a charge I know are American airlines, Delta airlines,Qatar airways, United airlines, JetBlue & Emirates airlines.
