For the quoted, yes!

Documents can be processed n sent to u by courier. But the vehicle ought to ve been registered in Lagos, otherwise change of ownership cannot be effected here.

For d tinted permit, because of the capturing part of it, its best u get it done where u r!

I want to know Tinted permits are meant to be renewed . I have a permit that was issued in 2014 for a pilot.
And someone was talking to be me about the new one with passport.

Tint permit is not renewable.

Yes, the one you have without passport on it has been phased out. A new type that requires biometric capturing is in use now.
