The hardship of extreme poor mothers that left their husbands cos they were not the FirstWife......!! The poor conditions of the kids and their mothers....
As usual the man can cope while silently praying for the return of his first wife who is doing well with her now husband and kids sef somewhere unknown to this same man that allowed his wife to leave.

yeah of course its a hard thing to live with

my late pastor shared same view using same reasons of hardship experienced by those other woman whom are the victims of restitution as unfair

but I rather would want the church to dwell more on hospitality towards those women, probably setting them up for SME than just leaving them to their fate

Right off the bat...I point out the more obvious false Doctrines taught by the church. Next, we can analyze the details of the rest to understand why they are also not on par with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

You preached restitution in the name of Jesus Christ? I am afraid you instead preached lies in His name since Restitution is of the Old Covenant Law of Moses as reiterated by God in Ezekiel 33 vs 9 - 20.

In the New Covenant, which those who believe in Jesus Christ are instead called to live by, anyone who does not sell it all, not some, in order to buy the treasure that is Heaven, cannot be a follower of Jesus Christ - Matthew 13 vs 44 - 46 and the same was reiterated in Matthew 19 vs 16 - 31

As for marriage, Jesus Christ made it clear that your marriages are of this world and not of the Kingdom of God - Luke 20 vs 34 - 36 - meaning the same laws and promises of the New Covenant, the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ , apply to each individual regardless of marital status.

Jesus Christ also upheld God's Law from the beginning which defines a marriage as being between a man and woman... that Law does not prohibit polygamy or polyandry as we see it in the case of the people of Old.

Also, the idea that a man is Head over his wife is born of a curse, the very same curse Jesus Christ came to redeem us from. So anyone who claims to believe in Jesus Christ but continues to,by choice, live according to the curse, rejects Jesus Christ. - Genesis 3 vs 16
