Maybe you can consider WIN RATE over a reasonable sample size. Writing a punter off due to one loss might be a bit of disservice to the punter. Also, a punter who is able to scale 3/3 may just have been on a lucky winning streak.

Your second paragraph answers perfectly the points You raised in the 1st paragraph. But I will just add, I did not "write" any punter off. I believe in form(yes every punter can be in/off form) & luck.

The main purpose for the strict test, apart from weeding out the naive punters(no offence to anyone) is to also know those with bankable systems/markets; this is the "form" I'm talking bout.
