Nigeria can handle nuclear reactor technology. Pls answer true or false

Although peaceful use of nuclear energy is not a new technology, Nigeria is not yet properly equipped to handle the attendant radioactivity.

Additionally, slowing down the chain reaction in the Nuclear Reactor requires highly skilled and experienced professionals, and I bet you, even the few indigenous nuclear energy engineers are hot cakes in the energy industry.

there is no any way forward than we should have maintenance Culture, A Country which her Engineers can not manage Hydro system can NEVER manage nuclear power station....

And when we start to have creative Engineers, i once went for an inspection of a chinese own company, wen we got to their control room, we saw series of RMU(Ring Main Unit) and every name plate on the RMU was written in Chinese, and yu know china with fake things, we then asked him why he has to import those RMU in chinese, the Chinese man said, WHICH ONE HAVE YOU PRODUCED? AND SINCE YU DIDNT PRODUCE ONE, AND WE HAVE IT IN OUR COUNTRY, WE HAVE TO IMPORT FROM THERE.... Not even a single word can we utter to back ourselves and yet we worship COREN Cert. And Ridiculed eachother because we didnt understand English and to God Who made me, Non of the Chinese Engineer understand a single word spoken to them that day, we have to call on the CEO to be the interpreter between the COREN Engr. and the Chinese Engineers yet, they are far better because THEY CHERISHED WHAT THEY HAVE AND WORK AS ONE...
