I read through the comments of the popular "common sense" Senator, Ben Murray Bruce, and somehow he made lots of sense when he compared what we termed as achievements here in Nigeria and far flung Rwanda. Rwanda, an East African Country in a landlocked terrain with chains of mountains bordering this tourist haven are beauties to behold.

However, the contention now is Rwanda a smaller Country to Nigeria in virtually all ramifications can afford "almost 24 hours power supply" to her citizens yet the "self acclaimed Giant of Africa" is the largest importer of Power Generators worldwide and still hovering between 3.250 - 4,700 mw of power supply to her citizens that deserves 20,000 mw to operate at optimal level in her industrialization drive.

I strongly believe that any deceloping Countries in the world that can afford 20 - 24 hours daily power supply to her citizens is on the path of unequal, speedy developmental breakthrough in the not too far distance and a force to reckon with in the future. Your take please bright minds
