Why not start with the local oven that uses charcoal. Gas is on the high, is power supply steady in your area? if you want to go for electric |

My dear certain factors u should consider before buying an oven.u mentioned it's a small biz.r u going into supply or would you bake on demand? If baking on demand u can start with your regular kitchen oven. Then as demand increase you move to a bigger one. I would recommend an ignis oven for starters it can bake up to a size 14 cake. This oven pic attached is bigger than most kitchen oven. Wish u success

Chommieblaq:it depends on d quantity, I will advice u start with a stove and pot first. but if u still want to get an oven i think u shld get someting dat will serve u while u grow. so get gas/electric it comes togeda. d one I have can take 4 pans of 14" 12" 10" & 6" |
