I received my payoneer card 3 months ago with my 16-digit ATM pin number different from my online account 16-digit pin number judging from the last 4-digit pin my online account is showing. Each time I try to activate this card online by entering my 16-digit ATM pin I get the message 'invalid pin number'. I try the phone call, it is still not possible. I applied for and recieved another one but 'Activate' link is not displayed on this account. However, I have my account details e.g routine no.,account type etc, in each of these 2 accounts. Is this a normal thing? Is this how payoneer card works? Please what should I do? Will I be able to withdraw the money if I go ahead with my online business and with this inconsistent and incorrect pin(i.e online pin is not the same as my ATM pin eventhogh my name is correct? Please, your expert solution and advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello I suggest you contact payoneer support

I have contacted the payoneer support or chat section.It is giving me a preset activation instruction which doesn't work for my invalid pin. Thank you.

input only the last 4 digit not all 16 digits ( give me your feedback after doing this)
