guy I didn't even read your post but almost said the same thing you said, you get eye..

Its no coincidence that the 26 matches rudiger played when he came back from injury he started all of them and played to finish.

When you are a valuable defender ,the coach will always find a way to fix you in the team. That's why you see rudiger playing RCB when they play with 3 at the back and RB when Roma plays with 4 at the back. This is what only Cesar az can do amongst our defenders at the moment..

Focus on the criterion you required to help you (or anyone else) to lead successfully in whatever project you intend to discuss in the write up such as professional courtesy as regards to working with others and treating them as humans, your vision , motivation which can lead to successful completion of set objectives, corporate and individual responsibility (individual consideration), communication (either with those above or under you should be like a chain linked fence), flexibility, teamwork, respect for others, and emotional intelligence. End with a weakness or 2 that may not be to off putting since you are not superman and that would also display your willingness to be honest with them before hand...your essay should be done at this point!
