This is a call to whoever is in charge of iba new site, ojo phcn office. They deliberately put off the transformer and are requesting for bribe before they will agree to restore power. They have refused to share the prepared meters and consumers are still being billed and extorted the old way , now they have no other option to take more money than to keep everyone in darkness and request that 200k be paid to their office before they will restore power back... Whoever is in charge should please hear our cries, this is too much and we have been intimidated long enough. We at iba are always shocked when we hear power is improving coz we are so used to paying for darkness on this side.   |
