I bought this HOMTOM 17pro on Jumia around May, and have been enjoying it since then, not until 4 days ago I borrowed someone charger, to charge it. That night the problem started, it will charge and stop at times, and later the condition degenerated to shutting down the battery anytime, and it won't turn on not until I boost it with a desktop charger. I later notice the battery has been spoilt, i went to tarmac in abeokuta to ask for the battery, none of them have the battery in stock, was directed to Ikeja. Pls help me nairalanders what do I do, can i lodge a complain back to Jumia? |

Go to aliexpress and buy a new battery. Next time use a good charger |
