This is one of the reasons I said that the moronic dingbats who are getting drunk on restructure of Nigeria are damnable ignorant. The first chapter of the page in restructuring the cesspit called Nigeria must start with city such as Lagos or Abuja being built in the defunct eastern and midwestern regions respectively. If this simple approach could not be met, Nigeria shall go to the simplest of the problem solver, disintegration hence republic Igbo land or Biafra.
