Nigeria's retired Generals and other Christian elders rose from a meeting on Thursday under the umbrella group, National Christian Elders Forum to warn that the country is on the verge of another bloody civil war.

The group after reviewing the unfolding events in the country noted that Jihad or holy Islamic war had been unleashed in the country to truncate democracy and supplant the Constitution.

They, therefore, called on Nigerian leaders to trade carefully to avoid the impending anarchy.

In a communique, the group released at the end of their meeting and signed by Chief Solomon Asemota, SAN, it noted with concern the budding constitutional crisis in the country...

We know Ipod propaganda when we see it. I am not a fan of the islamists up north, but this is definitely Ipod-style propaganda intended to whip up sentiments. The kind of sentiments they tried to whip up when Anambra slaughtered over 200 of those wawa and abakaliki criminals in Nkpor who were planning to raid, rob and attack businesses and government formations in Onitsha metropolis.
