Igbos biggest fear on the hand is being asked to vacate other parts of Nigeria. Arewa declaration was a confirmation of what most of us already know grin grin

Can't blame them though; their land is not really a pleasant to live in.

OP I dey laf, restructuring is welcome development but after it don not come here complaining because i know the real losers will be you [ibo].
First ibos are not contributing anything to the economy rather they are killing our economy with their attitude of importing everything making our Naira to lose value. At least we know our main income comes from SSS while SW is the gate way to our economy and North is the main supplier of our food and labor, please can you tell us what SE is contributinghuh
Secondly from official record the federal civil servant from Imo state are more than federal civil servant from 6 states of northwest and me and you know that majority of them are unproductive, they are only collecting salary to reduce poverty and unemployment if you doubt me visit federal secretariat and see.I am sure after restructuring all states are going to contribute equal number of civil servant at the federal level by doing this majority of ibos will lose their jobs.See BPSR data[ https://www.nairaland.com/3200206/states-number-federal-civil-servants]
point of correction. Its not every state but by regional. But by they way, why northern are afraid of restructuring?

Arrant nonsense!!! You can call it "False or True Federalism", the people of defunct northern and western regions of Nigeria are hellishly afraid of the essence of the actualization of Biafra and possibility of the disintegration of Nigeria. The reality remains Biafra or Republic of Igbo land must be actualized. This is no time for the deceitful machination called restructure.
Next thing they will use threats as if they can survive the second civil war that will be more brutal than the first, they forgot if it comes to that it will spread all over Nigeria

In as much as I am tempted to respond to your psycopathic delusional rants, I would rather not derail this thread witadvh unlettered freebie and pro bono scholars that largely depend on what their elite churn out to them as fact as without any verifiable links from foreign media, reliable international body or fact to back them up rather the litter the forum with goat droppings from SW media as their Last straw of defence, do you remember "Osun Generates more funds than all SE state combined"?

However I am glad that even in your post you made a ridicule of the so called SW economic wealth, you acknowledge that the SS is the main stay of the economy and in you effort to shoot the SE you ended up shooting your almighty SW in the foot by buttressing the widely acknowledged fact that the SW so called prosperity is one that is hinged on the artificial and unbalanced scale of nepotism and favoritism, this should tell you that if indeed the restructure takes place in a form of true federalism or regionalism the SE will gain more and all that they have lost to your tilting and unbalanced scale called one Nigeria.

Imagine a SE with a Seaport, International Airports, Rail networks, Highways, regional parastatals, regional Head offices for companies, etc, As for the employment you are still working with your SW stats, when Biafra comes all the parastatals will be rightly domiciled in our domain creating 100s of thousands of jobs, like I said earlier derailing this thread will not be in my interest so kindly create another one where You will have the pleasure of myself educating your ignorance and I advice you engage any of my thread with a paper and pen so you can take notes and learn as my threads and comments is the best education you will ever get as pro bono scholar.
I don't comment on bigotry or tribalism posts but I will make an exception with this. Nobody is holding you guys from leaving, as a matter of fact, I'm an ardent supporter of Biafra exit. But you guys should know that you are already and still making more enemies for yourselves and you have failed to realise that no nation can survive on its own, there will always be need for regional integration. You're busy making enemies online thereby jeopardizing the lives of your brothers and sisters living outside of Igbo land.

I understand, but Afonjas on Nairaland differ from Afonjas in real life, you are a typical example of Afonja in real life, diplomatic and understanding deviod of hate, not like the low lives on Nairaland, keep it up, Igbo's and Yorubas will always coexist properly and peacefully outside Nairaland.
