There are Plugins for WordPress Websites that can help reduce it.

Also Plugins aren't always perfect and sometimes, those clicks might not always be automated But might be coming from your competitors or friends (that's if you are sure you aren't engaging in what Google calls Click-Fraud)

Remove it for now, till you detect the source.

Detect the IP and block it too.

It could also be someone who knows you personally.

use AdSense invalid click protector plugin in WordPress it can stop it abruptly. An article on the effectiveness of the plugin will come up sooner @
