I doubt bitcoin would regain significantly in august sef. lets be honest the astronomical gains in the last two months was a bubble. The incentive for people getting bitcoins was not necessarily to use as a medium of exchange but rather as a value holding asset. this led to a transmutation from a digital currency to a HYIP/ponzi, there was an over speculation of its actual worth and the recent plunges are more or less correction by the markets. it is not easy to predict on the short term, definitely not.

I think the points raised in the article really make sense. . .with the way technology is going, we might see more virtual currencies rise up. And bitcoin has the advantage of being the first. I'd say it'd be a good idea to just buy a decent amount of bitcoin and then just forget about it

done reading, see it this way. i didnt say it wouldnt rebound, i only said not significantly as early as 24th of june. bitcoin is sure to appreciate but the last two months was a bubble and what we are experiencing right now is a breather, even fiats experience this. bitcoin has always had breathers, its charts corroborates my story. I too wish it would get back up to before august because i need liquidity for a proposed budget. anyways i am no God, i am just speculating that it would take a while.
