The Police command in Onikan, Lagos State on Saturday, have arrested a man for allegedly selling and being in possession of human parts and confirming the suspect to be a jail bird. The command’s Spokesperson, Mr. Dolapo Badmus, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that the arrest was made possible through due to they received on the activities of the suspect, an ex-convict. “Upon receiving tip off, operatives trailed the suspect to Obada Oko in Ogun, where he was arrested at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday. “The suspect confessed to be a dealer in human parts, while investigation revealed that he had been to prison twice over the same offence,” Badmus said. The zonal image maker said that the Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of the zone, Mr Adamu Ibrahim, has directed that the suspect be thoroughly investigated and be charged to court.
