Sir (Chief) Michael Ade-Ojo is the Chairman of Toyota (Nigeria) Limited. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Business Admnistration (D.BA) from the same institution in 1999.

His work experience spans over 50 years, holding appointments with CFAO, the Federal Civil Service and BP (Nig) Ltd. He is Chairman of various companies, Moorhouse Company Ltd., Imperial Telecommunications Ltd. and Braun Limited. He also serves on the Board of a number of other companies including First City Monument Bank Group. He holds a string of awards from various social and business clubs, which he joined over the years.

He was conferred with the chieftaincy title of AARE ATAYESE of Ilara-Mokin in recognition of the various developmental projects, which he championed in his hometown. In 2005, he was honored by the Federal Government of Nigeria with the award of Officer of the Order Of the Niger (OON) in recognition of his valuable contribution to the growth of the economy and the auto industry in particular. The Ooni of Ife, HRM Oba Okunade Sijuwade , in 2010, conferred him with the title of Baaloro of The source.

He has subsequently been conferred with many awards from the automobile industry, including the Auto Legend Award conferred on him by the Nigerian Auto Media Awards (NAMA). Chief Michael Ade-Ojo is an educationist and a sports enthusiast.
