A very mundane man wakes up one day and says "hey give me 10% of your fortune and I'll make some motions with my hands, speak some gibberish, and bingo! You're richer than your wildest dreams. I can do this cos I'm a man of god". Cha-ching! Rich pastor, broke followers. |

But trust Nigerian police, they know that they don't have power in civil cases, so they will try any means possible to circumvent the process and make it seem like a criminal case so as to extort... They will call it fraud.. If you owe ur friend money, its a civil case not criminal. The court will force the person to pay |
