Of what purpose was the visit of we could not see the VP and President meet? It just doesn't pan out. If it is the money that Buhari lacks for treatment, the government can foot his bills toll whenever in return for him to step down.

Look at the former Taraba state governor who was forming James Bond and refused to vacate office even when it was clear he could not continue, he finally died out of office. If he had stayed abroad and continued treatment and step down, he might have lived longer.

Politicians in Nigeria don't learn. Boris Yeltsin of Russian stepped down due to poor health back then and lived much longer before he died.

This kind of journalism leaves me scratching my head. The heading says National Assembly forced the acting president to visit Buhari, but in the same story, the authority who was asked to confirm the story said it is a lie. Yet the paper decides to create a narrative.

Well, I don't believe this story. I believe the lawmakers are smart enough to know not to expect Osinbajo to come back and tell them the true state of health of Buhari.
They would instead send a delegation that would include at least a member of the opposition.
Why would they take Osinbajo's word for it. They might as well send Buhari's wife. Story.
