My laptop battery stopped working totally last two weeks and i have been using the system like that (now works like a television that depends on nepa) ...everything was going well until last week it showed me a message like "system doesn't properly shut down" and after that it refuse to boot up when i switch it on, it usually show from stages to stages as seen in the picture below : preparing automatic repair, diagnosing the problem, options i will buy a new battery once this issue is resolved so please experts in the house, i need to know what to do to recover my windows 10 with/without losing my files |
