Hello everyone. I know that the beauty of a WordPress website is the plugin and themes used. Most of those WordPress themes are not free and they are costly. Some times you may spent half of your service money on purchasing a themes when building website for someone.
In this case how do you get themes that fit your work. Also do you have anyone that sell themes at subsidize rate. Will you appreciate someone that can help you get the same WordPress themes at a lower price.

Depending on the functionalities but if you take the pain to learn web development architecture, you will find less joy using WordPress. And most of the service charge can be in your pocket.

Get a multi-purpose theme, it will serve you for many project, and it is also good to be a developer; in this case you will be able to tweak one single theme using it for many project without people noticing.

Lol, most wordpress themes and plugin are free. You're just sounding as though you never used wordpress. And there are a lot of site where you can learn how to create wordpress themes and plugins at a zero cost.
