If you asked an average Oraukwu man in his 20's in Lagos the name of his Igwe, he won't know. I don't care who my Igwe is, but I can easily google it or ask my dad. But I don't care to. The last I heard a long time ago, villages were tussling and killing themselves over which village the new Igwe would come from in Oraukwu. And you're even correct that I can't tell you addresses in Agulu. For starters, they're not clearly marked and I don't know where starts and ends where. Secondly, it's my maternal home where I've never spent a night in my life so I'm not that familiar with it. We only visited once every Christmas period as a child to see our maternal grandma who died 11 years ago and I've never been there since. If you still think all that disproves where one is from, you're a clown.

If by some chance there exists a vacancy in Anambra government house, the national assembly has the authority to declare a state of emergency for 6 months, whereupon the APC led government in Abuja will appoint a sole administrator, with the national assembly taking over the legislative functions of the state house of assembly. If Anambra people make that mistake once, im sure that after six months rule by a sole administrator their brains will have a reset

How the hell did what you posted contradict my statements? If the turnout is 10% of eligible voters, then those constitutional requirements about vote distribution will come from that 10%. Better understand what the hell you're reading before posting.
