The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has dismissed the appeal marked CA/A/45 /2017 and the application for stay of court's proceedings filed by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu SAN.

What other evidence do you have to prove that salami was bribed apart from a phoney and discredited call records? In the events leading to the osun governorship and that of ekiti states,it was clear that aregbesola and fayemi won the polls.the appeal court correctly identified fake and fraudulent votes for pdp and the valid votes.after forensic separation and analysis,the winner was clear.justice salami is the best ever appeal court judge.he was later reinstated by the njc and cleared of all charges but your hero refused the recommendations.
Moving on to apc,the ruling of the appeal court is not surprising and doesnt warrant such headlines.thats how appeal court ruled during the abia guber cases against governor okezie but hes still governor.but if abraham can clearly prove that they were clear infractions during the apc primaries,he would win.but am afraid of the supreme court,they always rule in favour of governors.up apc,up buhari

It is current news. Take note of the appeal suit number from the court of appeal.



The action originated at the FHC in 2016 and d governor filed for a stay against the court. The court clearly didn't honour it so he proceeded to the Court of Appeal which has now ruled and ordered d governor to enter his defence at the FHC.
