before banning shooting videos and movies abroad (supposedly to help the local industries), let them also ban anyone from going abroad for medical purposes (in order to help the local medical sector); ban sending your kids schooling abroad (in order to help the local education sector); ban buying foreign cars (in order to help the local automotive sector); and finally, ban buying foreign clothing (in order to help the local clothing manufacturing sector) etc
