Nigeria has incurred N4.76 percent debt within a period of one year. This was disclosed on Wednesday by the Debt Management Office DMO who says that such was obtained in its 2016 Annual Report and Statement of Accounts. It was learnt that Nigeria’s debt as of December 2016 stood at N17.36tn, up from N12.6tn a year earlier which reflects an increase of N4.76tn or 37.74 per cent within a period of one year. >>>>>>continue to>> |

I hope the government is working seriously on economic diversification and infrastructural development that will yield revenue for us to pay off our debts in the future,else,we'd be in trouble if the borrowed money is for recurrent expenses. |
