Like I stated earlier, if the CAD1,500 wouldnt be a problem, then by all means go for OINP. Lowest CRS cut off this year was 413. My CRS was 408, so I figured, it might probably be a long wait for cut off to get that low. Now, ITA should only be a few days away for me...God willing.

Tough one. In the end, the decision is yours to make.

Hi - you upload an electronic copy (front only) when you are submitting your eApr (this is post ITA). Ensure this is to specification.

When you get the PPR letter and you are ready to submit your passport, you are required to send in two hard copies of your passport photograph. At the back of one of the photographs, you are required to provide the details of the photography studio (and yours) + date....stamped or handwritten behind the passport photograph.

I hope this clarifies things...

Is it possible to get up to 400 in CRS? I have tried to use the highest IELTS scores possible to make calculations but can't get beyond 350.

Secondly can teaching qualify as work experience?

You should score over 400 if you and your spouse scores at least 8777 in LRWS of IELTS and both have their BSC evaluated.

It is possible to get 413 if you fulfil the following criteria

You and your spouse write IELTS and you get at least: S7.5, L8.5, R8, W7.5 and your spouse gets S7, L8, R7, W7 and you both assess your degrees.

Yes please.. he can evaluate both nd and HND. Adding his Bsc to it doesn't give any extra point. Please remember that this only applies to WES.

I don't think they contact your employers(previous and present) unless they suspect you might be lying. I think initial checks are done online(LinkedIn, companies website e.t.c).
Also some people are randomly chosen for audit purposes and for those, your employers will be contacted.

U r very much in prime position to succeed in d express-entry program. Just evaluate ur degree wit WES n make sure u hit 8777 in IELTS and u will get a gud CRS score. Meanwhile pls read page 0 here and CIC website to digest Wat d process entails. Good luck

In this situation, I will suggest getting an affidavit of 'ONE AND SAME PERSON' and write both names in the affidavit. If you include 'AFFIDAVIT FOR NAME CHANGE', it means you have changed your name and that name is expected to reflect on your passport. So just get one and same person affidavit done, and use the name on your passport for your application, you can also write an LOE and attach it alongside the affidavit to wherever you feel its necessary in your application, like your reference letter placeholder with your reference letter.

I think you should also have selected Ontario as a province you'll consider living in in your EE profile for them to send you a invitation notice

I know people who did the same and had no problems. Just make sure you attach it to wherever its needed.
