Hello, please how much will it cost to change my Gionee M5mini cracked screen and change the charging port? It takes like over 7hrs to charge my device from 20% -- 100% which is so frustrating.

It keeps pressing itself while am not using it.

It's just crazy, the engineers said it's the quality of the screens in the market, and they couldn't find any solution to it.

Hy guys please some of my contacts are actually on a private list I know nothing about (I don't have any private contacts application) I jst don't get to see those numbers on my call log, whether missed calls, outgoing or incoming calls.. I checked my blacklist and it is empty. Pls can anyone help? ? am using a Gionee M6mirror

But note.... Even if it will take you a week to get your phone repaired please take it to Gionee store.
Learnt my lesson through hard way cos I wasn't ready to wait for a week to get it back from Gionee, the screen I got from the computer village was a disaster, really inferior and misbehaving a lot.
Money wasted.

Yes... I learnt the real hard way.
Charging port isn't a big deal, don't have an idea what it costs but shouldn't be up to 5k at all.

Sweetheart, goto your contacts, with two fingers, pinch the screen like you're trying to zoom in. it'll ask you to draw your pattern, draw it and you'll see the private contacts, press and hold the contacts and select the option to remove them from private contacts.

Please I need the address of Gionee Service center.. Someone help out

Hy guys my M6mirror is jst few months old, am the picture type so I need a lot of memory /space but my phone keeps warning me that my storage is full, I bought a 16Gb sdcard and it won't show except if my move my data to the sdcard and if I move I won't be able to access any of my pictures or music and if I move them back to the internal memory I jst have like 200mb left.. .. pls some1 should help me o, what is even eating up the space I dont even know o because my pictures is jst 2.6Gb and my music jst 1Gb pls @PotatoSalad seems you have sdcard on your phone that is functional

go to system manager and clear cache.

About 4days ago, my phone SIM network bars just disappeared just like that. The phone didn't fall neither did any thing hit the phone. I removed the SIM cards and reinserted them back yet the signals didn't come up. I rebooted the phone, removed and reinserted the sims back again, the SIM 2 signal came up but when I tried making a call, it showed "radio off" and the signal disappeared.


The next day, the signals suddenly reappeared and remained till last night when they disappeared again.

When I switch it on in 'dual SIM settings" via settings menu, it automatically switches off.

Please what could be the problem? What is the possible solution?
