tonyx4x44:Lol....the same book that teaches you to by all means crush your competitor because that's how do their thing. Books have their way of influencing your subconscious mind. Believe it or not. Keep reading books about poverty and you see yourself thinking poverty. And before you know it,you'll see yourself competing with a church rat. The kinds of books you read influence you mind! Mafia manager and the 48 laws of power gives you that notion of insecurity and taking undue advantage of other. My opinion though. 1 Like 1 Share |

Ifebazz: I see your point although I will not call this list egotist. Reason is because of the saying: Man Know Thyself. Apart from the religious book he mentioned, I have read all the books on the list and I must say they are very powerful. I wholly support your clarion call for writing correct English because it is a shame what these youths are writing these days. And finally, to top it off, I suggest our youths should just try and read this very simple and yet very entertaining novelette. It is called The Adventures of Souza by Kola Onadipe. 2 Likes |

Re: 10 Books You Should Read In Your 20’s by mozele(m): 2:02pm On Jul 22, 2017 |
YOUNGSTUNNA: no matter what, pidgin na still english. Na true say china no dey speak enghlish but dem don go far, pidgin english no fit do much for dis our kind of heterogeneous country. A common language will only be successful if Nigeria be devided into regions, in that way they'll be able to speak their respective languages. For instance if you decide to speak pidgin to a typical egun man from the SouthWest, he'll call you "ode." what about to a typical hausa man? He'll his and leave and call you sakere banza! What about a typical igbo village man? Nna i bu onye nzuzu? The time wey pigdin go fit be our lingua franca still far.... But its weakness is apalling considering the fact that Nigeria is engaged in an international war, how do you think success can be almost schievable if the enemies can easily understand your language because it has a mix of English. The journey still far... Once again untill we all drop all our ethnic and religious differences, the idea of having a single lingua franca is Dead on Arrival. |

this book is a bomb grab a copy @ https://www.boldscholar.com/books/jewel-from-the-ghetto Introduction: She rubbed his hand softly. The touch sent bolts of electric charges through him and flung him across oceans and mountains to cloud nine in an instance. He felt like pulling her close and kissing her succulent lips affectionately. The feeling was mutual. They held each other’s gaze. Her searching look spotted something deep inside him; it was an inextinguishable fire and it consumed her in a flash. It sent sparkling currents down her spine and took her breath away. Her legs wobbled. Her strength waned. She could only pray the car didn’t move immediately so that she could regain her strength lest she fell. She had never felt anything this strong before. But wait! On a second thought, falling might be a good idea. It only had to be falling into his strong arms and being whisked away into the land of fairy-tales!

Another mind blowing life story from Author: Qudus Oko-Osi Title: Prisoner of Love Link: https://www.boldscholar.com/books/prisoner-of-love Introduction: He was cute, charming, gentle, humorous, and fondly loved by many—he was a ladies’ man … She was elegant, beautiful, and adorable; an epitome of beauty who dragged along the sun and the moon in her radiance—she was a perfect definition of gorgeousness … A chance meeting ignited a spark between them that resulted into an explosive and intriguing love story rivalled only by the age-long story of Romeo and Juliet … His name was Tomiwa Lawson and her name was Rachael Jackson. Their love story was forged in heaven. They were made for each other and the chemistry between them was second to none. It was a story of absolute trust, undying love, and heart-touching sacrifices. They were the perfect couple many others wanted to model their relationships after. It was safe to say that they were madly in love and that their love was more than the intoxication of an age-long vintage wine. The passion for each other submerged them in a feeling they could hardly comprehend or find the appropriate set of words to describe. It felt like being in another world—a land of tranquility and unimaginable splendour; a Utopia. It was the feeling of being lost in a land of fairy tales—yes, the land of El-Dorado!
