You do know that the trial has not started yet? She was set free from jail to prepare for her case. That's how things usually work in yanki excerpt for murder trial. If she is guilty they can send her to prison. Don't forget that prison is different from jail over there.

I doubt she is vindicated. It more likely she is out on bail until her court date. If she is guilty, she should flee the US.
