Two days ago, Twitter user @zamzano raised alarm that 4 kids had gone missing from his neighborhood in Kaduna.

A few hours ago, he gave an update saying, 'the missing kids are finally found inside a locked car by the neighbour. 3 are confirmed dead and 1 unconscious rush to hospital'.

The kids are young and could have entered the car while playing and locked themselves in, not knowing how to open the doors of the car again.

I sense careless on the part of the parents/caretakers.

Some people leave child-lock feature of their cars on


Sometimes it's digital sometimes its manual lock( usually you'll see it when you open your door)


If it's on, nobody can open the car from the inside
