Can Nigeria Army emulate this good gesture?

Has anybody seen what's going on in Freetown and environs? It is a WAR! I am not from Sierra Leone but I am an African and this war is worth mentioning in the social media. I call it War against blocked drainages and filth. The military personnel have declared war on the dirty environs and they are tackling it from the root...Blocked Drainages. This is a good war worth emulating...kudos to the command and control centre of the SLAF that came up with this initiative. Suffice to add that these humble gentlemen were magnanimous enough to allow me take a few shots. ....well done guys and I sincerely salute you all. Cleanliness is next to godliness.

What about the free health care programmes the guys in the Nigerian Army,Navy and Airforce get up to in various communities once in a while? We see that in the newspapers too,don't we? To be a little fair to them they do display some "kind gestures" once in a while. Besides,compared to the guys in the SLAF,those guys in the NA have way too many wars and battles on their hands to think about blocked drainages.
