These youths were reportedly caught yesterday morning around 6:00am in the act of cable vandalization by a special security team of the governor lead by SSA to the Governor on security, Ken Ugbala with STA and TA's to the Governor on Internal Security which are Chinaco,Nnadozie Chinyeaka,divine Awah,Obinna Odefa,Uche ibiam,patrick Nwankwo.

They have been handed over to the police for onward action....
